CU4\u2019s origins go back to our university years, around 2000. Four friends from our degree course\u2014Clara, Manuel M., Anna and Manuel O.\u2014started meeting up to do assignments for the School of Architecture. Even then, we called ourselves \u201cQU\u00c9CUATRE\u201d, inspired by the legendary 80s\u201390s studio \u201cVETGES T\u00da\u201d and by our admiration for their commitment and their work in the former Turia riverbed.<\/p>\n

After university, several professional projects continued to bring us together. To this day, the friendship continues. <\/p>\n

The firm has evolved over all these years, led by Anna and Manuel M., into today\u2019s CU4 ARQUITECTURA.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Our working method starts with gaining an in-depth understanding of each client\u2019s specific needs and the physical conditions of the site where the project will be implemented. Co-creating the space with them, without imposing, and providing justified improvements. <\/p>

For us, transparency is essential, as is being close to the people who entrust their project to CU4. Rigour is also essential when it comes to carrying out precise technical monitoring of the construction works. Manuel keeps a precise eye on everything to make sure it all runs smoothly. He avoids unexpected issues and, with his calm temperament, is able to coordinate everything that happens on site.<\/p>

Marc has an innate talent for organising and is our expert at bringing order to chaos.<\/p>

He is practical, dynamic, and rigorous. In addition, he is always willing to think through every last detail, so that everything is executed exactly as planned. <\/p>
