The WELL standard is the first international system that evaluates how buildings influence people's health and well-being. Unlike other certifications focused solely on energy efficiency, WELL analyzes aspects such as indoor air quality, natural light, thermal comfort, acoustics, and the materials used in the space. At CU4, we incorporate these criteria from the project design to create homes that are not only beautiful but also comfortable and healthy for those who live in them.
